Wildcard is a European event agency built by people who spent years inside the industry producing festivals, building stages, running secret shows and got tired of the gap between what events could be and what they usually are.

We're based in Germany, but our projects span across Europe. Our team brings together creative direction, technical production, and experience design through a tight-knit network of creatives and producers.

We work with brands, agencies, and private clients who need something beyond a standard brief. The kind of projects where the venue hasn't been used before, the audience doesn't know what's coming, and the experience has to be flawless on the first take.

Wildcard started long before the company existed. It started with self-organized raves in forests and quarries. Events with no branding, no sponsors, no predictable format. Just a location people didn't expect and a night they wouldn't forget. The best part was always the stories people kept telling years after.

That feeling of not knowing what to expect, walking into something that felt like it appeared out of nowhere became the thing worth chasing.

From there came years of freelance work across the world: exhibitions at the scale of international trade shows, museum installations, wall-high setups inside seminar centres, and eventually organizing an open-air festival for a small town from scratch. The projects grew in scale and complexity. Doing that work scattered across different clients and contexts made it clear the ideas deserved a home they could grow in. Wildcard was born to be that roof.

You won't find a portfolio wall of logos here. Most of our clients prefer it that way and so do we. Discretion isn't a limitation; it's part of the value we deliver.
